Simplify Employee Attendance Tracking with This Easy-to-Use Daily Sheet Format

Viral B Shah
Hi Friends, here I am posting a good "Daily Attendance Sheet Format" that helps in calculating the daily attendance of employees in small firms. You simply need to input 1 for present days, c-offs, and 0.5 for half-days accordingly. For beneficial leaves, manual calculation is required. Please refer to the Legend for each type of beneficial leaves, offs, holidays, absences, etc. This sheet will surely be helpful to everyone.

Microsoft Excel is designed in such a way that it can calculate everything and anything. In your current format, you have used manual calculations. Instead, you should use formulas to obtain the results. It would be beneficial for you to focus on improving your Excel skills.

Dear Viral,

Very nice format, only missing those who came late (late mark) in regular time. For example, 3 LM is a 0.5 deduction. This is useful for Corporate, for Production & factory need to update. Nice one.

Hi, it is very useful, but I think you should show Sunday as well. This would be perfect for daily attendance.

It's not a very proper sheet to calculate attendance; it should be entirely formula-based with clear bifurcation.

Formulas for Latecomers

If late by 15 minutes, the employee should work an additional one hour or have one hour deducted from their salary. If it occurs more than two times, one day's salary is deducted.
