Dear All, I have newly joined an IT company with an employee strength of 120. I have been asked to plan for the birthday celebration of our Managing Director. In our company, birthdays of our employees are celebrated by cutting the cake. As the birthday is of our director, I have been instructed to celebrate it differently.

Hi All, Please share some nice ideas for our company's director's birthday. Generally, we cut a cake, gift a bouquet of flowers, and a greeting. However, this time, I wanted to try something innovative. Hence, I would appreciate it if you all could share some ideas with me.

Cake is compulsory. Add flowers, small gifts from each staff member, balloons, and decorations. If possible, arrange dinner for all staff in the evening. What more can you do? I think it's the best...
