M working as a Executive for a BPO company. I want to take up extra initiatives in the team along with the work, so that I should able to improve my skills and knowledge.

M not a fresher, I have been working this company from past 2 years.
I was working for insurance process, now i have been moved to a new process. So i would like to take up initiatives to grow.

Hmm.... Take up any job which is useful for your process and most of them are not interested to take. Initiatives change for every process, so u r the best person to know wat r the initiatives to be taken.
