I am not a fresher; I have been working at this company for the past 2 years. Initially, I worked on the insurance process, but now I have been moved to a new process. Therefore, I am eager to take on new initiatives to foster my growth.

Hmm... Take up any job that is useful for your process, even if most people are not interested in taking it. Initiatives vary for each process, so you are the best person to know what initiatives need to be taken.
