Payroll in excel sheet - use as per your record or requirement

I have recently joined a new organisation, where my manager has asked me to prepare an attendance format in a excel sheet for 400 employees With all information
Plz help me out how to prepare this sheet.

U can unlock the sheet by downloading straxx addin for excel and make changes.best of all its free.pm me for any clarifications

It if very useful creation and good workmanship really it is very appreciable.
but,
if you provide the password for unprotect the sheet it is very useful.
another one thing is out time is not working if employee working 3 shifts.
