Are you interested to make a Safety Policy for your organization?
There is nothing different as Contractor safety policy.
Please refer Hazardous Waste (Management , Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules 2008 for hazardous waste management. Everything is clearly written down in the same.
Please come up with specific question if you have any.
