I am pursuing a course in Human Resource Management, and I have been assigned to do a project on Collective Bargaining. Can anyone help me with this? Do you have any sample projects? Could anyone from a manufacturing background discuss topics to develop a case study, for example, an armchair case, etc. I am looking forward to your reply.

We don't have industry-wide negotiations here in India. Please look for case studies in Germany. They have sector-specific negotiations where all owners sit on one side and labor leaders on the other side and decide on wage increases for the entire sector.
