I am pursuing a course in Human Resource Management and i have been assigned to do a project in Collective Bargaining. Can anyone help me in this. Do you have any sample projects? Can anyone from a manufacturing background talk about any topics to develop an arm chair case etc. Awaiting your reply.

we dont have industry wide negotiations herein india.
Please look for case studies in Germany, they have sector specific negotiations where all owners sit on one side and labour leaders on other and decide on wage increase for entire sector.
