Need Help with HR Synopsis: How Do I Start and Meet the Deadline by Feb 13?

Hi! My name is Hemlata. Can you please help me in preparing an HR synopsis? The last date of submission is 13th Feb. I have no idea how to prepare a synopsis. Please help!

Two things surprise me: one, the lack of information about what course you are pursuing, where, and in what mode; is the synopsis for an internship or the final project? Two, why have you left it so late and why do you not have any idea? Have you attended a module on Research Methodology? Have you searched the web for the same?

Hi Hemlata, I understand that it is very late from my side. I am doing an MBA in HR through correspondence from IMT Ghaziabad, and I have to submit my final year synopsis. I was talking to a few of my friends about how to prepare a synopsis, but I still could not get an idea. If you can send me some sample synopses, the topic that I have chosen is "Role of Training and Development in HR Efficiency."
