Hr Synopsis

. my name is hemlata. Can u plz help me in preparing Hr Synopsis. last date o submission is 13th feb. i hv no idea on ho to prepare a synopsis. plzzzzz

Dear Hemlata
Two things surprise me: one, the lack of information about what course you are pursuing, where and in what mode; is the synopsis for an internship or the final project? Two, why have you left it so late and why do you not have any idea? Have you attend a module on Research Methodology? Have you searched the web for the same?

ya i understand that it is very late from my side.. i m doing MBA in hr through correpondence from imt ghaziabad. and i have to submitt my final year synopsis. i was talking to few of my frnds bout how to prepare a synopsis but i still could not get an idea. if u can send me some sample synopsis. the topic that i have chose is " role of training and development in hr efficiency". thanks
