Starting an HR Consultancy: What Steps Should I Take to Get Started?

I am an MBA in HR with 2 years of work experience. I am planning to open a consultancy at my place. Can you please help me out with the process and strategy for opening it?

I went through the "GUIDANCE NEEDED TO START RECRUITMENT FIRM" link, but there are no suggestions as such. Lots of people are there to ask only, and few are there to answer on this topic.

I need to know what annexure do I need, what will be the cost of making the license, and most importantly, what is the process of taking a franchise.

No, you do not need any type of license to open up a consultancy. All you require is a service tax registration, which will also help you in opening your current account. It is a very simple process and will cost you only approximately 3000 INR.

I heard that I need a license and all for opening a staffing firm. Can you please tell me if I take a franchise, which franchise will be the best one? In my location, there is no consultancy, and there are lots of big firms like HINDALCO, BHUSAN STEEL, ADITYA BIRLA, VEDANTA, and many more companies. It will be a great earning opportunity if I open a consultancy here, so I need a good name.
