Talent Retention vs. Employee Retention: How Do They Differ and What Are Some Real-World Examples?

I am an MBA student and need to present about talent retention strategies along with their practical use in different companies, i.e., with examples. I am confused between employee retention and talent retention. Are they the same or different? Please help me with this.
