Understanding Recruitment Costs: What Tools Help Analyze and Control Them?

Please help me understand recruitment costs and let me know what tools are available for analyzing recruitment costs. Additionally, could someone provide information on measures to control recruitment costs?

Please see the attached MS Excel workbook, free1997.xls, for the items we use to calculate the cost of replacing employees. The workbook is the non-working version of the Bliss-Gately Tool.

The last worksheet in the workbook is usable for calculating the impact of employee turnover by manager. Hiring for talent avoids many recruiting problems.
