Plz help me in understanding recruitment cost and let me know wat are the tools for analysing recruitment cost. Can anybody also let me know the measures to control recruitment cost?

See the attached MS Excel workbook, free1997.xls, for the items we use to calculate the cost of replacing employees. The workbook is the non-working version of the Bliss-Gately Tool.
The last worksheet in the workbook is usable for calculating the impact of employee turnover by manager.
