How Do You Tackle Workload Analysis During Company Expansion? Seeking Your Insights!

I am working for a steel manufacturing company that is expanding its operations and production facilities. Due to this expansion, the scope of each department is also widening. Consequently, there is a tremendous need to establish a proper Workload Analysis procedure as part of HR planning.
