Need Help Framing Our LTA Policy – Can You Share Your Experience or Examples?

Hi,

The LTA is applicable for only a certain grade of people, e.g., TL, AM, and above. Also, its amount varies. For a TL grade, a fixed amount x can be set, and for grades above, amount Y. The LTA was traditionally taken only at year-end, but nowadays LTA can also be taken monthly, wherein a certain amount will be added to our accounts; however, this may increase your taxable income.
