How Can I Learn Payroll Processing from Home and Find My First Clients?

I want to start Payroll Processing from home. I have completed BCom, MCom, and PGDHRM. I do not have any experience in Payroll Processing. How do I go about learning Payroll by myself and also find small client firms for whom I can do Payroll Processing? Please help me.
