I have recently joined a new company. In this company, management has not conducted any medical checks up to this point. I would like to confirm whether a medical check-up is compulsory for employees. Is the medical check-up provided by the company as a welfare facility, or is the employer obligated to conduct medical check-ups according to the law?

Medical checkup/test is not compulsory, but some organizations have a policy.
