It's really hard, at least for me, to say NO to anything. That word is just not right, I suppose. On the other hand, one should always know how to say NO.

The Art of Saying 'No'

One should always know how to say 'NO' in a manner that doesn't hurt anyone. Sometimes we say 'Yes' for the sake of 'what the other person will think about me'.
