Dear Friends,

Can any seniors tell me,
"What are managerial values?"
If anybody has any study material on it, could you please attach it?

Thank you,

Dear Saflera,

What do you (as an organization) expect from a manager? Where do they fit in - junior, middle, or top? Based on their level, their skills and responsibilities vary. As they progress through each stage, they add value to the organization.

I am preparing a presentation on managerial skills. Please review it to see if it is useful. You may need to expand on the topics further for a more in-depth understanding. I believe this content is sourced from a forum.

Please feel free to reach out to me.

Dear Saflera,

Managerial values are the factors that affect the internal environment of an organization significantly. The most common values of a manager are:

1. Autonomy
2. Equity
3. Security
4. Progressiveness and Advancement

These values of a manager subsequently reflect the internal climate of an organization.

In reality, for managers, values are not fixed. All is profit and loss that decides values.
