shabnam,
while making a job description ther are 3 situations:
a) must have
b) good to have
c) candiates in the same profile
eg a customer service guy just needs to know how to switch on/off a pc, take printouts, error free communication etc.
rest all figure in good to have. you can reduce costs by focussing on must haves.
Process/ Product knowledge is seldom transferable as different client cos may have different workflows/ softwares etc.
the third category is more like poaching similiar people..
