Considering a Ph.D. in HR? Seeking Recommendations for Top Institutes

I am willing to do a Ph.D. in Human Resources. I am working as the Senior HR and have completed an MBA in HR. I now want to get more deeply involved in HR practices. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me about some of the good institutes offering a Ph.D. in HR. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You are slightly late. Forms of IMT in Ghaziabad have already been processed. Try for the next course at IGNOU. For high aspirations, all IIMs conduct entrance exams based on CAT scores.

All India Management Association, Lodhi Road, Delhi, is a very good option. I myself joined them in 2001 and did Change Management from there. Excellent faculty (all were full-timers in the industry), free courseware (a huge box of all foreign author books), and free graduate membership. The fee was then INR 8000 per semester, even lower than my MBA.

Hi Rupali,

You can take Ph.D. admission at Kota Open University. Here, you can pursue a Ph.D. in distance mode after MBA, whereas IGNOU requires M.Phil for Ph.D. in Management.
