Can anybody provide me with SOP of housekeeping inspection or any such checklist as soon as possible. Thanks friends :)

I need a houseekping checklist format for a firm providing technical design services. Basically, we have a system in place here already, i wish to understand if any more criteria's may be added to our existing checklist, hence asking for a format.
Also i dont know how to access the formats or attachments, can anyone help?

I am looking for a Housekeeping checklist for an High end Resort...can some one help...

Before you make a checklist first you should conduct a 5 s training.This 5s training is all about Good housekeeping.
The checlist will comprise of the Item for consideration in one column,the points required for that particular item for the second column, and the rater's point on that item on the second column.And lastly put your remarks on the last column for any requirements either for maintenance , repair of any matter that will give you good housekeeping.
Example:
Item: No items on top of the table- 5 points/ 2 points as your score/ remarks: The chair is broken, need to replace.
