Starting HR from Scratch: How Do I Build Policies and Manuals for a New Company?

Hi Folks,

Presently, I am working as an HR Manager at Parijatha Lamps India Private Limited. It's in the establishment stage. Please, somebody, help me with how to create the HR Policy, Recruitment Policy, ESI & PF code alert, Organization policy, Employee manual, Job profile, Standing order, etc.
