Exploring Lean Quality Circle: How Does It Differ from Traditional Quality Circles?

I am new to CiteHR but have been working in Quality Circle for 5 years. Anyone familiar with this concept must know about QCFI (Quality Circle Forum of India). They have recently introduced a new concept called Lean Quality Circle. I am attaching some details about the differences between them. I hope it will be useful for everyone.
