I am interested in giving it to consultants as well, but I myself have great zeal to learn how, on what basis, and what methodologies they will use to conduct a salary survey. As I am in the retail sector, I want to know from the same field and the IT field.

The salary survey will be available from Sundarajan starting on the 15th of February. Please ensure that you fill out the survey form by the end of this month.
