You can use, if existing, or open any one of the expense heads like:

1. Housekeeping Services
2. Building Maintenance Services
3. Civil Engineering Services
4. Water & Sanitary Services, etc.

Whichever suits you well. If the expenses are of a major type, you should better use the Expenditure Head, "Civil Engineering Services."
