You can use use, if existing or open any one of the expense heads like:
1) House Keeping Services
2) Building Maintenance Services
3) Civil Engineering Services
4) Water & Sanitary Services, etc.
whichever suits you well. If the expenses are of major type, you should better use the Expenditure Head, "Civil Engineering Services"
