You can use, if existing, or open any one of the expense heads like:

1) Housekeeping Services

2) Building Maintenance Services

3) Civil Engineering Services

4) Water & Sanitary Services, etc.

whichever suits you well. If the expenses are of a major type, you should better use the Expenditure Head, "Civil Engineering Services."
