Dear All,

We are in the business of Healthcare Consultancy with a total of 150 employees.

We would like to conduct Employee Engagement Activities on a quarterly basis.

We celebrate Annual Day, Navratri, and Diwali festivals.

Please guide us on the in-house as well as outdoor activities that can be conducted to boost employee morale and encourage interaction among them.

Thanks & Regards,

Manisha

Dear Manisha,

You can also add Founder's / Formation Day: where every Dy. Manager of the Department gives their views and ideas to build up their successful professional life based on their experiences.

Additionally, you can include Quarterly Picnics, Movies, Get-togethers, and Dinners. Celebrating various days allows employees to participate and reminisce about old memories.

Consider celebrating a maximum number of festivals, even if only for half an hour. In my office, we celebrate New Year's and Christmas parties with one-minute games, random couple dances, etc.

Regards,

Ms. Prianca Arora

Last year on 15th August, we donated a lot of useful stuff to an NGO. We collected a lot of useful materials from all our branches and donated them to an NGO that supports women and children.

Dear Manisha,

Some ideas for employee engagement activities are:
1. Staff family day
2. Cooking competition
3. Antakshari/Bingo (Housie)
4. Cricket
5. Blood donation camp
6. Slow bike race, etc.

As per the approved budget.

An organization must be a fun workplace where everybody is happy to contribute more and more. An employee is happy to contribute when their heart, head, and mind come together – I am not a consultant – we can say (physical energy, cognitive energy, spiritual energy) to create each program based on an understanding of people, organization, and environment. I can help you out with employee engagement activities once I understand the nature of your organization, environment, and people. Please talk to me in detail or send me details of your organization, environment, and people. - I R. Pithaambaran 09421248119
