Career In Trainings - Pdf Download

Hi All,
I would like to make a career in Trainings and would like to get some certifications for the same.
I was told that ISTC course from Jamnalal Bajaj is a must. I have also gone through some short term workshops that give specified training in Train the Trainers, Psycometric tests etc.
I have found Prism Certification to be useful, anyone who have done a Prism Mapping Certification do let me know if it is useful.
I have around 6 yrs in recruitment and 4 yrs in HR experience...
