The ppt you have posted about Team work is good. I had read this story at https://www.citehr.com/32752-wonderful-story.html
The same parable had appeared at http://headhunter.typepad.com/sieze_...rk_a_para.html with the following note.
Thank you to the writer of this parable... this came to me in an email from colleague Janene (thank you Janene!)- not sure of the identity of the original author... however WELL SAID whoever you are!! Actually, who does write so much of the stuff that we get in our emails - some of it is really, really good!
Such notes help in avoiding being accused of plagiarising.
No doubt, the ppt is more effective.
Have a nice day.

Hey Mr. Rana,
I would rather say that your post is FUNDU. I mean it has a lotta a depth & certainly makes sense if you gotta think about it.
Appreciate that you shared this with us.

Dear Praveen,
Sorry for the delayed response. I do not know how I missed the post.
There is nothing wrong at all. However, it is right and proper that we acknowledge where we got the idea from. If it is from Panchatantra, why not say "Adapted from Panchatantra".?
