I require an Excel format that enables us to calculate the total amount an employee will receive upon leaving the organization. This should include their leave encashment, LTA payment, bonus, gratuity amount (if applicable), and standard deductions such as notice pay recovery, etc.

Have you calculated the leave encashment based on the actual basic salary or the earned basic salary? What is the standard formula?

Obtaining a Settlement Letter After an Employee's Passing

If an employee has passed away, how can one obtain a settlement letter from employee relations?
