How Can We Boost Employee Engagement in the Life Insurance Industry with Limited Time?

Dear Friends,

I would really appreciate any inputs on Employee Engagement Activities in the life insurance industry. As we all know, the industry cannot afford to allocate more than 2.5 hours at a stretch for any activity. The salespeople are often out in the field and require activities that make them feel involved and add value to their work.

I am looking for suggestions on activities that would be engaging and beneficial for our sales team within this time constraint. Your responses are eagerly awaited to guide me through this process.
