Employee Engagement Activities!- Life Insurance Industry

Dear Friends,
Would Really Require on inputs on any Employee Engagement Activities in a life insurance Industry.
The Industy as we all know cannot afford to take out more than 2.5 hrs at a stretch for any Activity,
1. sales people - are out on fields.
2. Need an activity where they feel involved and is a value add to them!
