What do you do and why do you want the questionnaire? Unless you describe the scenario and clearly state your aims and objectives, it becomes difficult to help you. Had you checked CiteHr and seen previous threads such as https://www.citehr.com/252824-questi...al-scheme.html, you would have found that such queries without sufficient details do not get positive responses.

I am doing my project on the topic "Scope and Effectiveness of Recruitment through Employee Referral" and preparing a questionnaire for the same. Can someone help me and give suggestions to make it effective? I have prepared nearly 10 questions. I need 10 more. Please suggest, my friends.
