What do you do and why do you want the questionnaire? Unless you describe the scenario and clearly state your aims and objectives, it becomes difficult to help you. Had you checked CiteHr and seen previous threads such as https://www.citehr.com/252824-questi...al-scheme.html you would have found that such queries without sufficient details do not get positive responses.

im doing project on effectiveness of employee referral program...can u provide some information on what are all the factors that can contribute to measure the effectiveness of employee referral program in an IT company...and based on that give me an idea to prepare the questionnaire

I am just like you. I ask lot of questions. Had you read my post and digested it, you would have found that you need to give more information about yourself, the reasons for conducting the project, etc. Also, had you accessed my previous posts, you would have gathered that I help those that do some work by themselves and then seek clarifications rather than seek basic information that can be found by searching the web.
Please search and find the thread on MBA Projects by marychristy and digest it contents and reflect and act.

I am doing my Project on the topic " Scope and Effectiveness of Recruitment through Employee Referral " and preparing Questionnaire for the same. Can someone help me and give suggestions to make it effective. I prepared nearly 10 questions..I need 10 more.
