How Do I Verify Osmania University Degrees for Employee Background Checks?

I am an HR executive with a software company. Due to our recently implemented policies, we have to check the genuineness of all our existing and new employees' graduate certificates. Since most of our employees graduated from Osmania University, please let me know the procedure.

Please, could somebody tell me if there is any background verification company that can verify the authenticity of a degree from Osmania University? Also, what are the inputs, such as registration number or hall ticket number, that we need to provide to them?

To conduct verification from Osmania University, we have to send a demand draft and a letter to the university. The university will respond to the verification request within 30 days. You can also seek help from verification agencies for the same.

Payment Instructions for Verification

For this, a Demand Draft (DD) needs to be sent in favor of the Controller of Examination, Osmania University. The amount of the DD is ₹500 per case. Please courier the same to the University.

Important Information Regarding Demand Draft for Osmania University

The DD should not be sent in favor of the Controller of Examination. It should be made out in favor of the Registrar, Exam Fee Fund Account, Osmania University, payable at Hyderabad. The DD amount is also not Rs 500; it is only Rs 250.
