Seeking Book Recommendations to Ace the UGC-NET Management Exam by June 2011

Could anyone please send me the list of books to follow to clear the UGC-NET exam in Management? I am planning to clear it by June 2011 and am desperately looking for books that can provide me with exhaustive information to clear this exam.

There are many books available to clear the NET-SET Exam.

Personal Suggestion: Prepare your notes based on the syllabus. It helps you to get acquainted with the topics and helps a lot in the exam. It's a tried and tested formula.

I am preparing for UGC NET/JRF in Management, and HRM is my elective. I am referring to Subba Rao's book "Essentials of HRM," but some topics are missing. Therefore, I want to refer to one more author. Please suggest an author's name for HRM and OB. It would be helpful in completing my notes.
