Seeking Help: Can You Share Work-Life Balance Projects for My MBA Research?

I am doing my MBA 4th Semester project on "Work-Life Balance" at Hindalco Aluminium Ltd, Alupuram. I have started the survey using a questionnaire. It would be very helpful if I could access some projects on work-life balance.

Thank you for the attachment. The questionnaire is good. However, I will give some suggestions for improvement. Did you PILOT the questionnaire with some of the participants? Did you study any material on questionnaire design? Had you done that, I think you would have swapped Part I and II and raised personal demographic questions at the end.

Some questions that you need to answer in the Methodology part would be why you chose a Likert scale and within that a 5-point scale instead of 4, 6, or 7, etc. Maybe instead of giving the 5 options after each question, if you had listed the questions in a table, you might have reduced the length of the questionnaire.
