Thank you so much for sharing the PPT. I strongly feel that you must add this: Know the levels of chemicals in the air you work in. Industrial hygiene has not received due importance in our industry. Rarely are the levels measured and monitored. Hundreds of workers are affected unknowingly when they enter contaminated workplaces. More than employees, it is the duty of the management to measure the work environment, take steps to control and reduce hazards, and honestly publish the data for employees to know and take necessary steps for their defense.

When more and more workplaces tend to get the work done through contract workers—to generate huge profits and avoid labor problems—who are illiterate, unorganized, and unaware, it is important that management self-regulate. Safety personnel need to insist on the implementation of legal provisions in their true spirit. Thank you for generating the discussion.

Dear Ganesh, good initiative and nice presentation. If you give this presentation to a knowledgeable person, it is okay, and you can explain it to them using words for any questions. However, if you want to present this to any newcomers or those who are new to chemical handling, this may not work. It would be better if you go a little more in-depth.

Thank you.
