I got to see this only now--in fact didn't have the time to even look into the other threads since the past 2 weeks.
I am not sure of the current status. However I find one point in their reply mail a bit uneasy--did you mail or put into writing at any point of time to their HR or anyone else about the issue of targets, etc? If no, you could be on a sticky wicket.
Suggest send me a private message when you need a time-bound response from my end, if you don't hear from me within a day.
