Hello Everybody, I am in security services. I need to have government orders on minimum wages for Maharashtra for all zones and all categories, i.e., skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled. Also, can anyone shed light on the applicability of gratuity to contract labor/employees? How many days of paid leave are entitled to such employees? (Please quote authority.)
