Hello Everybody,

I am in security services. I need to have govt orders on minimum wages for Maharashtra for all zones and all i.e. skilled/semi-skilled and unskilled categories. Also, can anyone shed light on Gratuity applicability to contract labor/employees? How many days of paid leave are entitled to such employees? (quote authority please) I hope to get answers to these queries.
