Hello all, I am sharing a PowerPoint presentation on leadership. Please review it to see if it is useful for all of you.  Good job, but please correct slide 16 - the vertical axis shows High Relationship on top and nothing at the bottom. However, it should show Low on top and High at the bottom.

Good job, but please correct slide 16. The vertical axis currently shows "High Relationship" at the top and nothing at the bottom. However, it should display "Low" at the top and "High" at the bottom.

@Siddiqui - Thanks for the feedback. However, slide 16 is correct. Here you have the explanation for it:

• Delegating Style—allowing the group to take responsibility for task decisions; this is a low-task, low-relationship style.
• Participating Style—emphasizing shared ideas and participative decisions on task directions; this is a low-task, high-relationship style.
• Selling Style—explaining task directions in a supportive and persuasive way; this is a high-task, high-relationship style.
• Telling Style—giving specific task directions and closely supervising work; this is a high-task, low-relationship style.
