Hello jayagopaldhinesh,
Before thinking of how to impress the recruiter, first decide for YOURSELF the actual reasons for this choice of career. The combination of BE with MBA-HR is actually not very common--relative to other combinations.
You should be clear on the reasons for any step in your career, before you can attempt to convince others--recruiter or friends or anyone else.
In general, if you aim to satisfy others without applying your mind to the 'why' of your actions, you are sure to land into trouble sooner than later--since no one can predict the others' minds/thoughts.
The same logic applies to your second query--suppose I tell you to say this: the toughest decision I took was when I was about to be murdered, I got away by deciding to move out of my home at the nick of time--thanks to HIM. Will you be able to use it with conviction at all? So pl don't look @ situations as something to please others--JUST BE YOURSELF. Except that maybe you need to put things across subtly or in different ways depending on the circumstances--with the content projecting you AS YOU ARE.
Some amount of self-introspection is always good for everyone--more as you face life's challenges.
All the Best.
Rgds,
TS
