In Tamil Nadu, a pollution control certificate means obtaining a Water & Air Consent Order. First of all, you have to submit a filled application form (Form 1 & Form 2) for water and air. Along with that, you must submit the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and other necessary documents. This process is common for all states.
