Choosing an Engaging and Valuable Training Topic for GETs: What Would You Suggest?

Hi all,

I have prepared a 10-day induction program for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) joining next week. In that program, I have scheduled a 2-hour session with an external faculty for a training program. I am confused about what topic to choose so that they can learn something valuable and also enjoy it. Last year, I had chosen health and safety. Please help me finalize the topic.

You may consider the "5S" topic for them. 5S is generally not taught in depth to engineering students. Additionally, 5S implementation is crucial for the future. I hope you will like the idea.
