Hi .... im going my thesis on training and development and am about the start the theoretical framework..... any suggestions?

hi..I am doing course in php,mysql,javascript,html along with my final year engineering .is it useful for me to get the job..?

Without some clue about what the specific topic is, how can anyone suggest anything to you? In this forum time and time again your are adviced to be more specfic if you want meaningful replies, yet you persist in being vague and generic.

hai im working in company where the employees dont know any language other than their mother tongue and they are from nepal how to give them training and find the effectiveness of training. Im working on my project too....... inorder to get my graduation. any suggestions please share it with me which will be helpful

You can begin by mentioning what is T&D.The history past present & future of it.
You can then delve in to areas like TNA/TNI/ Competecy Mapping / PMS /Training Measurement / Training Evaluation/ ROI

Thank you for your very informative response. It has indeed been very helpful. I am hoping to start my replying to
what is the impact of employee training to their performance?
Is the employer doing enough to ensure that the training is sufficient?
How willings are the employees to undergo training to improve their performance? I am going to concentrate on one organisation i.e. Mental Health. Are there any journals/web sites that you would recommend or include in my reading list?
