Compliance Return

I need help in following areas or returns;
1. Equal remuneration act - Form D
2. CLRA - Half yearly and Annual return. (As Principal Employer)
3. Maternity Return - From L ,M ,N ,O
Kindly send me a sample format (with data) and guidelines - how to
fill the forms.

Dear Mr.Ashok,
First you need to check whether you are registered under central or state act. Forms will vary as per the registration.
Kindly consult with your labour department.
Or you can have industrial law book as per your registration in which prescriped forms are printed which will help you.
