Struggling to Set KPIs for CFS Operations and Forwarding? Need Your Insights!

Dear Folks, I have recently joined a CFS (which is new to me) in Chennai as HR - Head. I am studying the Job Description of each and every employee to establish KPIs. If anyone who works for CFS could, you please share the KPIs & KRAs for CFS - Operations and Forwarding? I have also searched the CiteHR website threads and emails but could not find them.
