Navigating Legal Compliance: Does the West Bengal Shop Act Apply to Our Delhi Office?

Hi, I am working with an FMCG company in Kolkata. Our registered office is in Medinapur, and the head office is in Kolkata. We also have regional offices in Delhi. At Medinapur, we have our factory; therefore, the provisions of the Factories Act are applicable. At our head office, the West Bengal Shop and Establishment Act applies.

Question on Applicability of Acts

My question is, will the West Bengal Shop and Establishment Act be applicable at the regional office in Delhi too? Is it necessary to follow the provisions of the Shop and Establishment Act at the Medinapur factory as well?

I am also looking for guidelines about the Shop and Establishment Act of West Bengal 1963. Please help me.
