Is a Pre-Employment Medical Check-Up Required for All New IT Employees? Seeking Guidance!

First of all, thank you for helping me out with my previous query on advance for home purposes. I again need your help. I want to know whether pre-employment medical check-up is mandatory for all employees who are joining an IT firm. If not, what is the procedure?

Legally, pre-medical check-up is not a good practice. However, unofficially, it's a good practice for companies to safeguard themselves from IR/Labor issues in case any mishap occurs in the company. The objective is to determine whether the employees joining your company are physically fit to perform all assigned duties.

Today, almost every company, including government organizations, requires pre-employment medical check-ups.
