I am not able to go to Saudi, so is it necessary to cancel the visa? What will be the charges for cancellation?

Is it possible to get saudi employment visa stamped on passport when you already have UAE employment visa on your passport ?

Please let me know what best must I do in this case. I have a job offer from compny A in Riyadh KSA and I finally got my visa stamped after 4 months of hard work. Its been a month since then that the co has not issued me tickets to travel. I have another offer now from another company now from Riyadh Itself. How do i refuse the offer of Companh A whose visa is already stamped on my passport and apply for another visa for the other company. Should I tell the new cpany that i alreadt have a visa stamped from co A.
