1. Can any body help me in getting understand the job function of the Second Line Manager in Pharma Industry? What is the difference between thesir i am now working as a are sales manager or first line manager in a pharma company sir in all the interview i faced one question always put me in trobule that is what is the role or job function of first line manager and what are the questions frequently ask in the interview. please help me in this regards. thanks avijit

dear s.k.jha. the main role of second line manager in pharma industry is,he should be a profit center for company means it is directly related to input output ratio also should take care of productivity of the company with respect area,products,man power,distribution,and other important customers who are directly involved in the business.
