Human relations are concerned with individuals.It may be within the organisation or outside the organisation.
Industrial relations consist in itself mainly four groups i.e. employer, employee,govt. & union(union can be that of employers as well as emplioyees).
So industrial relation is something which involves either 2 or all of the above mentioned groups.
Hope it would give u some insight at least.
