why did you choose hr as your carrier

I guess you are in a dilemma as to why you choose hr..........same is with me......i choose hr because other specialization like finance ..marketing are strenuous jobs....so i took hr........it is considered that marketing jobs are field jobs..........and i have no interest in finance ....

i have found a need to hire right talent for the organisation, recruitments is my passion ..i travel meet different people and passionate about my profile.. and my excellence counts in passion.,

HR becoz, Hr is the main resource of any company... everyone loves you and you have to take care of your Employees in the best possible way. this is the track where you have value and respect apart from money..

I chose HR bcoz by being in HR i get to meet ppl from different backgrounds, job profiles like manufacturing, marketing, sales, SCM, IT, etc etc. i got to learn something or the other from all of them. Unless you are a extrovert and outgoing its difficult to enjoy the HR profession.

Hr is the main resource of any company. you have to take care of your Employees in the best possible way like a parents. This position is give u lots of respect and value.
