LTA limit? Should we have one month Basic or lower the amount. What is a good practice?

Only one correction in your statement. LTA can be claimed only for travel and not for boarding and lodging.

In this discussion everybody is suggesting for supporting document. As per the judgement of supreme court supporting document / bills is not required to produce. kindly clarify.
