Payroll - How To Calculate PF,ESI& BASIC SALARY?

pls sent how do calculate esi and pf , any have formula methods pls send

I have a doubt that if a person is getting 2 lakh per annum in CTC. Then what should be the PF amount in his CTC? can anybody how to calculate it?

I got Offer letter from the IT company mentioning that 15k in training for 3 month after that 30k per Month Salary. So kindly let me know how much Net Salary /Month should i get after deductions of PF, ESI, Gratuity & Bonus.. Plz give me detailed calculations.
